General Conditions of Agreement

1)
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain in advance that no import restrictions exist in the recipient country. Our commitment is to put the product on the way to the recipient country. Once the product leaves the border of the Dominican Republic, we have fulfilled our duty. We will send you your "tracking number", with which you can check on the website of the respective designated shipping company, where your goods are at this point now. If there are problems with the import of the product, this is your responsibility. Please make sure before buying our product.

Shipping costs of import taxes, duties and / or other charges are not included in the shipping price.

The goods remain our property until the product and the costs are paid in full. (Cash, bank transfer, check or other payment method)

We strongly recommend to tell us before the purchase of La Botella, if you have diabetes. In this case, we will prepare a special La Botella for you, of course no extra charge.

Our product is made by hand - not industrial. It comes directly from the interior, our so-called "Campo". Our products contain extracts from plants and herbs that grow in the Dominican Republic. The recipe is a secret, there is no possibility of the transfer of a laboratory analysis, which contains exactly our product. To date there are no reports of adverse effects caused by the consumption of our products. Each purchaser of our products tasted this at your own risk. By purchasing and using this product, the buyer / Verköstiger waived any compensation of any damages incurred and renounced judicial action whatever legal recourse, unless the existing law of the Dominican Republic or the existing law in the country of the buyer / Verköstigers.

The buyer may terminate the contract at any time. If the buyer has already made a payment and decides to terminate the contract before receiving the item, we will refund the payment, less 75% of the amount of our incurred costs up to this point.

The contract shall commence from the date when you have a payment to our account in the Dominican Republic and in Germany, in cash, payable by check or other payment method). It does not matter whether you paid the full purchase price or only a partial payment. When we receive your payment we will start the preparation of the ordered product. Through the payment / part payment of Kaupreises the buyer / Verköstiger Agreed explains our general terms and conditions.
